Returns & Refunds

As a publisher of premium academic content, Global Tech Scientific Press (GTSP) takes great care to ensure our books are printed and bound to the highest standards. Due to the intellectual and easily replicable nature of published media, our return policy is strict but fair.

1. Physical Books (Print)

Returns and refunds for physical books are only accepted under the following strict conditions:

• Manufacturing Defects: If the book contains misprinted pages, upside-down binding, or missing signatures (blank pages).
• Transit Damage: If the book arrives severely damaged, bent, or water-damaged due to courier mishandling.
• Incorrect Item: If you receive a title different from the one listed on your invoice.

To Initiate a Physical Return:

1. You must contact info@globaltechscientificpress.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
2. Include your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
3. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement copy to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued if a replacement copy is out of stock or unavailable.

Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or if the academic content of the book did not meet subjective expectations.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDF Access)

Digital products, including downloadable PDF monographs, chapters, and online journal access, are delivered instantly. Because digital goods cannot be "returned," all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue downloading or viewing your digital file, please contact our support team immediately, and we will manually provide an alternative access method or replacement file.

3. Author Publishing Fees (APC/BPC)

For authors publishing under an Open Access model, the Article Processing Charge (APC) or Book Processing Charge (BPC) covers the cost of peer review management, typesetting, hosting, and DOI registration.

• Refunds are not permitted if an author decides to withdraw their manuscript after the peer review process has commenced or the manuscript has been accepted.
• If an author pays a fee and the manuscript is subsequently rejected for ethical violations (e.g., plagiarism), the fee is forfeit and non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

In the rare event that a monetary refund is approved (e.g., for an out-of-stock physical replacement), the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
