At Global Tech Scientific Press (GTSP), we are dedicated to ensuring that our physical academic monographs, conference proceedings, and textbooks reach researchers, libraries, and students globally in pristine condition and within a reasonable timeframe. This policy outlines our standard fulfillment procedures.

1. Processing Times

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, please allow for standard processing times before dispatch:

• In-Stock Books: Processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Print-on-Demand (POD) Titles: Certain specialized academic texts are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality and lowest environmental impact. These titles require an additional 5-7 business days for production before shipping.
• Pre-Orders: Books purchased during a pre-order phase will be shipped on the official publication date specified on the book's detail page.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We partner with reliable courier services (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post) for all deliveries within India.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your region. Standard shipping is often free for orders exceeding a certain threshold.
• Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-4 business days. Additional charges apply at checkout.

3. International Shipping

Global Tech Scientific Press ships to over 85 countries to support the global academic community.

• International Transit Times: Generally range from 10 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance processes.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. GTSP cannot predict or cover these fees. Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

4. Digital Products

For purchases of digital goods, such as eBooks, PDF chapters, or online journal access, no physical shipping is required. Access is granted instantly via your GTSP account dashboard immediately upon payment confirmation.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your physical order has been dispatched from our Tamil Nadu facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. You can also monitor your order status directly from the "Orders" tab in your GTSP Account Dashboard.

6. Shipping Errors and Damaged Items

If you receive a book that has been severely damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong title, please contact our support team at info@globaltechscientificpress.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damage or error to expedite a replacement.
