As a premier academic publisher, we strictly adhere to the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors submitting manuscripts must guarantee that:

• The work is entirely original and has not been published elsewhere.
• All sources, data, and co-authors are appropriately credited.
• The manuscript is free from plagiarism, fabricated data, or undisclosed conflicts of interest.

GTSP utilizes advanced plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin). Any manuscript found to violate our ethical standards will be immediately rejected or retracted, and the author's affiliated institution may be notified.

2. Copyright and Open Access

GTSP offers both traditional and Open Access publishing models. The specific rights transfer depends on your chosen model:

• Traditional Publishing: Authors transfer the exclusive right to publish and distribute the work to GTSP. Authors retain the right to use their work for non-commercial teaching purposes.
• Open Access (Gold): Works are published under a Creative Commons license (typically CC BY or CC BY-NC). Authors retain full copyright, while granting GTSP a license to publish and distribute the work globally. Article/Book Processing Charges (APC/BPC) apply.

3. E-Commerce and Book Purchases

When purchasing physical books or digital access through our platform:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Digital products (eBooks, PDF access) are delivered instantly and are completely non-refundable once downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.
• Physical book orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property of the Platform

The content, layout, design, data, graphics, and trademarks appearing on this website are the exclusive property of Global Tech Scientific Press Private Limited. You may not scrape, reproduce, or systematically extract data from our website without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the utmost accuracy in our academic publications, GTSP acts as a publisher and does not endorse the specific findings or opinions expressed by our authors.
